Kenya AA 100% Arabica coffee beans from Africa. The AA terminology is used to
categorise the largest bean by coffee industry standards. This terminology just grades
size not quality.
The Kenya AA coffee Wahoo buys is from the Karumandi estate. The trees are 100%
bourbon and are wet processed. This means the cherry is wash off through a process of
running water on them, then soaking. Then the beans are dried in the sun, packed into 60
kilo bags and distributed all over the world.
Once Wahoo receives the Kenya AA, we then roast the bean at a city roast. Our city roast
is Wahoo’s lightest roast. This Kenya coffee is in a league of its own. Within the cup you
have a deep, lush, soft sweetness that is floral in character. The aftertaste of this coffee is
short but with such an incredibly attractive aroma, this coffee is truly a winner.
